The Industrial companies installs Cementitious as well as Gypsum underlayment offering you a floor leveling option no matter what conditions you may be faced with. Underlayments are commonly used to flatten, level, or smooth existing substrates prior to the installation of floor goods. Typically with underlayment we can achieve pours with depths up to 4" or as minimal as a 1/4" leaving you a floor ready for flooring goods.

Cementitious Underlayment
    - Self Leveling material
    - Can be poured up to 4" in depth
    - High Compressive Strength ( up to 6400 PSI)

Gypsum Underlayment
    - Ideal for multi-family, wood frame and concrete construction
    - Approved for 1 and 2-hour UL fire ratings
    - Reduces sound transmission between floors
